Rent To Own
Why rent when you can own? Scroll below to learn more about our RV vehicle models, our "Rent To Own" program and our Maple RV Park features.
These 2 bedroom, 1 bath trailers are 40' in length and have all the comforts of home. The lease is for 66 months or if you would like a lower monthly payment we offer a 84 month lease. At the end of the lease, there is a $2000 option to purchase. In all models the monthly rate includes the space rent, electrical, water, sewer and cable television.
Our Rent To Own plan lets you rent the RV vehicle, while it resides in our park. If you would like to purchase the RV out right and take the RV to another location, please see our RV Dealership program.
Trailers are 40' long and come with 15,000 btu a/c, 30,000 btu heater, microwave, 4 burner stove, queen size bed with lift for storage, hide-a-bed sofa, am/fm stereo with cd player, and ceiling fan.
2007, 2008 & 2009 park trailer rent to own prices are:
7 year rent to own: $1,255.00 per month
5 1/2 year rent to own: $1,328.00 per month
The 2003 rent to own models come with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The options include: central air conditioner and furnace, microwave, 4 burner gas range with oven, "house type"refrigerator, am/fm cassette stereo, queen size bed in master bedroom, double bunk in rear bedroom and spacious living room and dining area. The monthly prices for the rent to own are:
7 year rent to own: $1,100.00 per month
5 1/2 year rent to own: $1,150.00 per month
The 2004 rent to own models come with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Extra options include: central air conditioner and furnace, microwave, 4 burner gas range with oven, "house type" refrigerator, am/fm stereo with cd player, queen size bed in master bedroom, double bunk in rear bedroom and spacious living room and dining area. The rent to own monthly prices are:
7 year rent to own: $1,125.00 per month
5 1/2 year rent to own: $1,200.00 per month
